Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors of job satisfaction of outsourced employees at PT. Catur Daya Sukses on performance. This study uses job satisfaction and performance variables to analyze the factors of employee job satisfaction. In addition, to analyze the influence on performance. In this study using quantitative methods by giving questionnaires to 10 employees with different divisions. Data was collected using the questionnaire method directly by providing a list of questions or questionnaires directly to the respondents. The results showed that the factor analysis was found to be the main factor influencing outsourced employee satisfaction in performance.
